       KUWAIT CITY, June 13: Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al- Yahya met with Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh, on Thursday, at the Ministry headquarters. The Indian minister of state, along with a delegation, is currently on a visit to the country. Minister Al-Yahya offered his sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the Indian victims in the building that caught fire in Al-Mangaf on Wednesday, affirming the government’s keenness to follow up on the condition of the injured, providing them with full medical care and wishing them a speedy recovery.

       He stressed that the concerned authorities of the State of Kuwait are doing everything necessary to determine the circumstances and causes of the horrific incident and that justice will take its course with transparency and integrity. For his part, the Indian Minister commended the rapid response and presence of the concerned officials at the scene, appreciating the government’s follow-up on the injured, and the direct communication of Kuwaiti’s Foreign Affairs Ministry with the Indian embassy.
