       KUWAIT CITY, July 1: The Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, has requested the Director General of the Municipality, Saud Al-Dabbous, to lift the suspension of two officials from the Al-Ahmadi Municipality. This decision follows the recommendation of a neutral committee, established by a ministerial decision to investigate the Al-Mangaf fire incident, and headed by Counselor Abdul Hamid Al-Matar.

       Counselor Al-Matar submitted a letter to Minister Al-Mashaan, stating that after summoning the two officials, hearing their statements, and reviewing the documents they provided, the committee determined that there was no need to continue their suspension. The committee concluded that the officials could not influence the ongoing investigations at their current stage, and recommended that the minister lift their suspension unless there were other reasons to continue it.
