DAR ES SALAAM, April 15( Xinhua)--Tanzania's Zanzibar authorities on Friday announced the launch of a new state-of-the-art center for rehabilitating drug addicts, mostly youths, in the archipelago. The center will help rehabilitate addicted youths and fight drug abuse, said Harusi Said Suleiman, minister of state in the First Vice-President's Office dealing with narcotics, HIV and the environment." We encourage all addicted young people to use the rehabilitation center to get back to normal life
