PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Berhad( TNB) has shut off electricity supply to substations serving 40 areas around the Klang Valley on Monday( March 7) evening due to the heavy rain and flash floods. Maniam Rajoo may be limited in his movement after an accident three years ago, but that has not stopped him from moving several vehicles stranded by the floods here with his free towing service.
