Hunger is expected to rise in 23 global hot spots in the next three months with the highest alerts for “ catastrophic ” situations in Ethiopia’s embattled Tigray region, southern Madagascar, Yemen, South Sudan and northern Nigeria, two UN agencies warned Friday.
