A man was charged with murder Saturday in connection with the death of a man in Takoma Park, Md., the city’s police said. Abraham Douglas, 21, of Silver Spring, Md., was charged in the killing of Ahmadou Bamba Gueye, 23, of Takoma Park.... He was transported to a hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound....
