KOTA BHARU: An officer of a local government authority here pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to two charges of using force with intent to outrage the modesty of a subordinate female staff. Syahrul Nizam Shuib, 45, made the plea before Magistrate Imran Hamid.On both charges, he was charged with committing the offence to the 23-year-old woman in his office at about 9.30 am on Oct 24 and Oct 26 last year. The charge, framed under Section 354 of the Penal Code, provides imprisonment for
