BUTTERWORTH: Lemang, which is glutinous rice cooked with coconut milk in bamboo, is traditionally served at Hari Raya. However, chef Mohd Ibrahim Dahman, 34, has put his culinary skills to good use and created four variations of his grandfather’s recipe.
