A Russian-linked ship dubbed the “ floating bomb ” has dumped 300 tons of potentially explosive cargo in the North Sea. The MV Ruby carried out the operation off the coast of Great Yarmouth in Norfolk on Saturday, after it was feared the ammonium nitrate fertiliser it was carrying had been contaminated with fuel oil.
